ECG Digitization

ECG Digitization
ECG or EKG is considered as the most practiced method for the diagnosis of heart abnormalities.
To benefit from the printed ECGs of old cohorts of rare diseases, we transform the ECG signal, either scanned or printed, to the raw digital (time, mV) form.
This can permit integrating the digitized ECG signal with clinical data and cardiac imaging data in machine learning algorithms to aid in the diagnostic and prognostic evaluation of patients with cardiovascular disease.
The method is implemented as a computer tool having a friendly interface that allows a simple and fast digitization process.
